Branches is always looking out for enthusiastic people to join our team of volunteers to help us run the cafe and ongoing projects, and to make positive relationships with our customers and the community.
We need volunteers to help the directors, the support workers, the running of the cafe, other Branches services, to engage with Young People in the cafe, and to pass on their skills to help our Young People's enterprising projects.
The Directors will do their utmost to ensure that Branches is a safe place for Young People, the staff, and the volunteers. Our policies, working practices, and processes are there in order to support us with recruitment, selection, supervision, training and ongoing support of adults and young volunteers.
The work may be physically demanding and emotionally hard at times, but it will also be rewarding and lots of fun.
We know there are lots of reasons to volunteer. You might want to give something back or build up your own confidence. We will build on your strengths. We will provide training on youth work approaches and catering including Level 2 Food Hygiene. We will support you to do Safeguarding.
Come and join our friendly team!
